Bright, citrusy, and kissed with fresh mint, this homemade lemonade is the kind of drink that makes any afternoon feel like a special occasion. A mint-infused maple syrup forms the backbone of the sweetness here, steeped right in warm syrup so every sip carries that cool, herbal depth without any artificial flavoring. Fresh-squeezed lemon and orange juice give it a layered tartness that store-bought versions simply can't match. The whole thing comes together in one pitcher with no blender, no fancy equipment, and zero concern about cross-contact from tree nuts or shared processing facilities — just clean, whole ingredients from start to finish. You can easily tweak the balance to your taste, adding a little more lemon for extra pucker or a splash more water if you like it lighter. Poured over ice and garnished with citrus slices and a sprig of fresh mint, it looks as good as it tastes.

Combine the maple syrup and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the syrup is fully dissolved, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add the mint leaves to the warm syrup and press them gently with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon until fragrant. Let the mint steep for 10 minutes, then strain out and discard the leaves.
