Tuna is fine during pregnancy in measured amounts. This recipe has about 2.5 oz per serving - keep it to roughly one serving a week if you are using albacore or white tuna, or two to three a week for chunk light.











In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, egg-free mayonnaise, celery, scallion greens, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, turmeric, ginger, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed and the tuna is broken into small, uniform flakes.
Taste the tuna salad and adjust salt or lemon juice as needed.
