Tuna is fine during pregnancy in measured amounts. This recipe has about 1.7 oz per serving - keep it to roughly one serving a week if you are using albacore or white tuna, or two to three a week for chunk light.




Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles for 2 minutes less than the package directions (they will finish cooking in the oven), then drain and set aside.
Melt 3 tbsp butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and celery and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes.
