This vibrant green juice is the kind of drink that makes you feel like you're doing something genuinely good for yourself — and honestly, you are. Cucumber and celery form a hydrating, light base, while fresh spinach and parsley pack in the deep green color and earthy flavor that make this feel like a real reset. A hit of lemon brightens everything up, and the fresh ginger adds just enough warmth and zing to keep it from tasting flat. The optional garlic is a bold move, but if you're leaning into the detox spirit, it's worth it. Every single ingredient here is a whole, unprocessed plant — no grains, no fillers, nothing hidden — so it's naturally free of the grassy, slightly bitter notes that rye can sometimes sneak into packaged green drinks and wellness blends. Whether you run it through a juicer or blend and strain it, you end up with something clean, cold, and seriously refreshing. Serve it over ice the moment it's made and the flavor is at its absolute peak.

Wash all produce thoroughly under cold running water. Peel the lemon and ginger, and cut the cucumber into chunks large enough to feed through your juicer chute or blender.
If using a juicer: feed the cucumber, celery, spinach, parsley, lemon, ginger, and garlic (if using) through the juicer in alternating batches, starting and ending with the cucumber to help push the leafy greens through. Collect the juice in a measuring cup or pitcher.
