Toasted hazelnuts, rich dark chocolate, a whisper of cinnamon, and a pinch of flaky sea salt — these little clusters are the kind of treat that feels indulgent but is actually working hard for you. Hazelnuts bring healthy fats and a satisfying crunch, while high-cacao dark chocolate delivers antioxidants and a deep, bittersweet flavor that makes every bite feel like a reward. Nursing moms often find themselves craving something sweet and substantial between feeds, and this hits that spot without relying on anything overly processed or artificially sweetened. The double-boiler method keeps the chocolate silky and smooth, and the whole process is surprisingly low-effort for something that looks this impressive. A sprinkle of sea salt on top pulls everything together and makes the chocolate flavor pop even more. Once they're set and tucked into an airtight container in the fridge, you've got a grab-and-go snack ready whenever you need a quick moment of deliciousness.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the hazelnuts in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and toast for 10–12 minutes, until the skins are cracked and the nuts are fragrant and golden beneath the skin.
Transfer the hot hazelnuts onto a clean kitchen towel, fold the towel over them, and rub vigorously for about 1 minute to remove most of the skins. Let the nuts cool for 5 minutes.
