Eggs are safe during pregnancy as long as they are cooked all the way through.

Spice blends are fine during pregnancy in normal cooking amounts - this recipe uses about 1/4 tsp per serving. The caution applies to concentrated herbal oils and supplements, not everyday seasoning.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the dairy free cheese block into 12 sticks, each about 3/4 inch wide and 3 inches long, and arrange them in a single layer on the prepared sheet. Freeze uncovered for at least 1 hour, until the sticks are completely firm and solid throughout.
Set up a three-station breading line in shallow bowls: flour in the first bowl; beaten eggs whisked together with the dairy free milk in the second; and the combined plain breadcrumbs, panko, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in the third.
