Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions until just al dente — tender but with a slight resistance at the center. Drain, lay flat on a lightly oiled baking sheet to prevent sticking, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, egg, breadcrumbs, dairy free milk, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix with your hands until just combined — do not overwork. Roll into 1.5-inch balls (you should get about 20–22 meatballs).
