1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
2 cups granulated sugar
Chef's tip
Use the same volume. Baking behavior varies by blend: some brown faster or stay softer, while others brown less. Follow the package's baking guidance and start checking a few minutes early.
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
Chef's tip
Choose a gluten-free baking blend labeled 1:1 or cup-for-cup and use the same amount. Almond and coconut flour won't work the same way.
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the two long sides.
2
Combine the coconut oil and dairy free chocolate chips in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until fully melted and smooth, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
