Pineapple juice only becomes a problem on a low FODMAP diet in larger amounts; this recipe uses only about 1 1/2 teaspoons per serving, so it is likely Low FODMAP. If you prefer to always avoid pineapple juice, please tap it and change its rating to Red.

Whisk together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, butter, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves, about 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Pour the pineapple juice into the bottom of a 6-quart or larger slow cooker. Place the ham cut-side down in the slow cooker. If using a whole ham, score the surface in a diamond pattern about 1/2 inch deep. Spoon or brush roughly half of the glaze over the top and sides of the ham, letting it run down into any cut surfaces.
