½ cup milk
2 tbsp fresh lime juice (from about 1 lime)
1 tsp lime zest
2 tbsp maple syrup
Chef's tip
Use the same amount; honey is a little thicker and slightly sweeter.
½ tsp vanilla extract
4–5 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

1
Add the frozen strawberries, yogurt, milk, lime juice, lime zest, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender. Add the ice cubes, if using.
2
Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds, until completely smooth and no strawberry chunks remain. If the smoothie is too thick to blend, add milk 1 tbsp at a time and blend again.
