Rich, warming, and built entirely from whole ingredients, this lamb stew is the kind of deeply satisfying cold-weather meal that earns a permanent spot in your rotation. Every bit of color in the pot comes from real food ā turmeric, cranberries, carrots, and fresh orange juice ā so there's no need to scrutinize labels or worry about synthetic dyes sneaking into your bowl. The lamb shoulder is seared until deeply browned, then slow-simmered with bone broth, apple cider vinegar, and honey until it's fall-apart tender, which means the flavor builds naturally without any shortcuts. Fresh ginger, Ceylon cinnamon, and rosemary and thyme sprigs do the heavy lifting on aromatics, giving the broth a complexity that tastes like it took far more effort than it did. The cranberries and orange juice bring a bright, slightly tart edge that cuts through the richness of the lamb in the best possible way. Parsnips and carrots round out the pot, soaking up all that fragrant braising liquid as they turn perfectly tender. It's a genuinely impressive dish that happens to be completely clean from start to finish.
