Oregano is fine during pregnancy in normal cooking amounts - this recipe uses about 1/8 tsp per serving. The caution is about concentrated oregano oil and large medicinal doses.

Eggs are safe during pregnancy as long as they are cooked all the way through.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Place a 12-inch oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and no pink remains at the center, about 6–8 minutes. Drain off all but about 1 tablespoon of fat.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
