Ripe peaches simmer down into a silky syrup, strained until it's smooth and concentrated with real fruit flavor, then stirred into a pitcher of freshly brewed black tea. Cold water mellows everything out before the whole batch chills down, so what you get is a deeply peachy, tea-forward drink with no artificial shortcuts. Poured over ice and finished with a peach slice and a sprig of mint, it looks as good as it tastes on a hot afternoon. Because the sweetness comes from a homemade fruit syrup you control from start to finish, this pitcher is an easy fit for an added sugar–free routine. It's the kind of make-ahead refresher that's worth keeping stocked in the fridge all summer long.

Swerve The Ultimate Sugar Replacement

Combine the chopped peaches, sugar, and 1/2 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the peaches soften and begin to break down, about 8–10 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the peach mixture cool for 5 minutes, then press it through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or measuring cup, pressing the solids firmly with the back of a spoon to extract as much syrup as possible. Discard the solids.
