Fresh, bright, and endlessly refreshing, this alcohol-free take on the classic mojito is the kind of drink that makes any occasion feel a little more festive. Muddled mint and fresh lime juice do the heavy lifting here, creating that signature herbal-citrus punch without a drop of spirits. The homemade simple syrup comes together in just a couple of minutes on the stovetop and gives you full control over the sweetness β no mystery syrups or store-bought shortcuts needed. Chilled sparkling water adds the perfect effervescence, keeping every sip lively and crisp. It's naturally free from any animal-derived ingredients, so it works for just about everyone at the table. Serve it immediately after pouring so the bubbles stay lively and the mint stays fragrant β this one is all about that first sip.
