Frozen mango, fresh lime, white rum, and a quick homemade simple syrup — that's genuinely all it takes to land a blender cocktail that tastes like a beach vacation in a glass. The tropical sweetness of the mango plays perfectly against the bright tartness of fresh lime juice, and the rum ties it all together with just enough kick. Because the simple syrup is made right on the stovetop with just water and sugar, there's zero guesswork about what's actually going into your drink — no store-bought mixers, no hidden additives, no fermented ingredients to sidestep. That matters more than people realize, since plenty of premade cocktail syrups and flavored spirits can sneak in unwanted extras. Blending everything from scratch also means you control the sweetness, adding a little more syrup at the end if the lime is especially punchy that day. Pour it into two chilled glasses, drop in a lime wheel, and you've got a genuinely impressive cocktail that comes together in under five minutes.
