Frozen mango, fresh lime juice, white rum, and a homemade simple syrup — that's genuinely all it takes to land a blender drink that tastes like a proper beach vacation. Because the simple syrup is made from scratch with just water and sugar, there's zero guesswork about what's actually in your glass. So many store-bought cocktail mixes and flavored syrups sneak in additives and stabilizers that can be hard to track down on a label, so blending everything yourself is a genuinely satisfying workaround. The frozen mango does double duty here, lending natural body and a frosty chill without needing anything extra to hold it together. A squeeze of fresh lime keeps the whole thing bright and balanced, and you can nudge the sweetness up or down one teaspoon at a time until it's exactly right for you. Pour it into a chilled glass with a lime wheel on the rim and it looks every bit as good as something you'd order at a bar.
