Fresh blackberries and bright mint come together in a cocktail that looks like it belongs on a rooftop bar but is completely doable in your own kitchen. The deep purple hue alone is enough to make guests stop and stare before they even take a sip. You muddle the berries and mint right in the glass, which means every drink gets its own burst of fruity, herbal flavor without any fuss. A quick homemade simple syrup ties everything together β just sugar and water simmered for a couple of minutes β so you control exactly how sweet each pour turns out. The sparkling water goes in last with a gentle stir, keeping those bubbles alive while lifting all that gorgeous muddled fruit up through the ice. Naturally free from sesame in every single ingredient, this is one of those recipes where you can mix, sip, and share without a second thought about what's in the glass. Finish with a lime wheel and a few extra blackberries on the rim and it's basically a showstopper.
