There is something undeniably refreshing about a cocktail that looks as stunning as it tastes, and this blackberry mojito delivers on both fronts. Fresh blackberries get muddled right in the glass alongside bright mint leaves, releasing a deep purple juice that swirls beautifully through every sip. A homemade simple syrup keeps things perfectly balanced β sweet enough to round out the tartness of fresh-squeezed lime without overpowering the fruit. White rum and sparkling water bring it all together with that classic mojito lift, light and bubbly and impossible to put down. The whole thing comes together in minutes, making it just as suited for a quiet evening on the porch as it is for impressing guests at a summer gathering. Garnished with a sprig of mint, a lime wheel, and a few extra blackberries on the rim, it's genuinely one of the prettiest drinks you can pour without any effort at all.
