Creamy, bright, and packed with plant-based protein, this white bean dip is the kind of appetizer that disappears fast at any gathering. Cannellini beans blended with fresh cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and a touch of cumin and turmeric create a dip that's earthy, zesty, and deeply satisfying — think hummus's more vibrant cousin. The food processor does most of the heavy lifting, and a slow drizzle of water while it runs gives you that perfectly smooth, scoopable texture. Arranged alongside crisp carrots, cucumber spears, red bell pepper strips, and broccoli florets, it makes for a genuinely stunning spread that looks like you put in way more effort than you did. A finishing drizzle of olive oil and a scatter of fresh cilantro and red pepper flakes takes it from simple to seriously impressive. Everything on the platter is naturally meat-free and built from whole, recognizable ingredients, so there's no label-reading required and no compromises on flavor. Whether you're hosting a crowd or just looking for a satisfying snack, this one earns a permanent spot in the rotation.
