Creamy, bright, and packed with plant-based protein, this white bean dip is the kind of snack board centerpiece that disappears fast. Cannellini beans get blended with fresh lime juice, a full cup of cilantro, garlic, cumin, and a touch of turmeric until the texture is silky smooth — think hummus, but with a zesty, herbaceous twist that feels totally fresh. The olive oil gets worked right into the blend and then drizzled on top for a rich finish that makes every scoop feel a little luxurious. A rainbow of raw carrots, cucumber spears, red bell pepper strips, and broccoli florets keeps everything colorful and satisfying without any cooking required. Store-bought dips often sneak in dairy or other animal-derived ingredients, so making your own means you know exactly what's in the bowl. It comes together in a food processor with minimal prep, which makes it just as practical for a weeknight snack as it is for a party platter. Finish it with a pinch of red pepper flakes and a scatter of fresh cilantro and it looks like something you'd order at a restaurant.
