Bright, herby, and impossibly creamy, this white bean dip is the kind of snack board centerpiece that disappears before you've even finished setting it out. Cannellini beans blended with fresh cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and a touch of cumin and turmeric create a dip that's earthy and vibrant all at once — think hummus's cooler, zestier cousin. Every single ingredient here is naturally free of soy, so there's no label-scanning or ingredient-swapping required; just real, whole foods doing all the heavy lifting. The food processor does most of the work, bringing everything together into a thick, scoopable texture that holds up beautifully against hearty veggie dippers like broccoli florets, bell pepper strips, and carrot sticks. A final drizzle of good olive oil and a pinch of red pepper flakes on top makes it look like something you'd order at a restaurant. It works just as well as a weeknight snack as it does on a party platter, and the leftovers — if there are any — are fantastic spread on toast the next morning.
