This creamy white bean dip is bright, herbaceous, and seriously addictive — the kind of thing you'll want to make every time you need a crowd-pleasing appetizer or a satisfying afternoon snack. Avoiding citric acid can be tricky with store-bought dips and packaged snacks, since it hides in ingredient lists under various names and shows up in far more products than you'd expect. Here, fresh lime juice does all the heavy lifting for that tangy, zesty flavor, so you know exactly what's going into the bowl. Cannellini beans blended with olive oil, garlic, cumin, and a generous handful of cilantro create a silky, thick dip that rivals any hummus you've had — no chickpeas, no tahini, no mystery additives. The turmeric adds a subtle warmth and a gorgeous golden hue that makes the whole platter look like it came from a fancy restaurant. Paired with crisp carrots, cool cucumber spears, sweet red bell pepper, and fresh broccoli florets, you get a complete, colorful spread that's as beautiful as it is delicious. It comes together in a food processor in just a few minutes, making it one of those recipes you'll keep coming back to again and again.
