Coconut aminos is a common stand-in for soy sauce on a candida diet. It does carry a little sugar from coconut sap, but this recipe uses only about 2 1/4 teaspoons per serving, which is likely fine.

Pat the mahi-mahi fillets dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, stir together the salt, turmeric, and ground ginger, then rub the mixture evenly over both sides of each fillet.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, grated fresh ginger, coconut aminos, lime juice, and lime zest. Set aside.
