Bright, citrusy, and packed with fresh herb flavor, these chicken wings are the kind of crowd-pleaser that disappears fast at any gathering. The marinade leans hard on fresh lime juice, coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, and turmeric ā real, whole ingredients that bring serious depth without any of the processed additives that make conventional wings a concern for people watching their nitrate and nitrite intake. Coconut aminos do a lot of heavy lifting here, delivering that savory, umami-rich quality you'd expect from a soy-based sauce while keeping the ingredient list completely clean. After a good soak in the marinade, the wings go into a hot oven on a wire rack, which means the skin gets genuinely crispy ā no deep fryer needed. The finishing herb drizzle, whisked together with reserved marinade, fresh cilantro, olive oil, and more lime, adds a bright, punchy layer that makes every bite feel restaurant-worthy. Serve them straight off the platter with extra lime wedges and a handful of fresh cilantro sprigs, and watch them vanish.
