Bright, zesty, and genuinely satisfying, this snack box is the kind of thing you'll want to meal prep every single week. The creamy white bean dip comes together in a food processor using nothing but whole, recognizable ingredients ā cannellini beans, olive oil, fresh lime juice, garlic, and a warm hit of cumin and turmeric. No emulsifiers, no stabilizers, no ingredient list that requires a chemistry degree to decode. That matters more than people realize, because so many store-bought dips and hummus-style spreads rely on additives to achieve that smooth, shelf-stable texture ā here, the beans and olive oil do all the work naturally. The cilantro-lime drizzle spooned over the top adds a fresh, herby brightness that makes the whole thing feel a little fancy for a snack box. Paired with crisp carrot sticks and an optional pinch of red pepper flakes, you get crunch, creaminess, and bold flavor in every bite. It keeps well in the fridge for up to three days, so you can pack it ahead and actually look forward to snack time.
