Bright, zesty, and genuinely satisfying, this snack box is the kind of thing you'll want to meal-prep every single week. The creamy white bean dip comes together in a food processor with olive oil, fresh lime juice, garlic, cumin, and turmeric ā warm, earthy flavors that have absolutely nothing to do with cinnamon, making it a worry-free choice for anyone who needs to avoid that spice. A quick cilantro-lime drizzle spooned over the top adds a fresh, herby punch that takes the whole thing from simple to seriously craveable. The carrot sticks give you that satisfying crunch, and a pinch of red pepper flakes on top brings just enough heat if you're into it. So many packaged dips and snack kits sneak in unexpected spices, but when you make this at home, you control every single ingredient. It keeps well in the fridge for up to three days, so you can pack it into containers at the start of the week and have a ready-to-go snack that actually feels like a treat.
