Bright, zesty, and genuinely satisfying, this snack box is the kind of thing you'll want to meal-prep every single week. Creamy cannellini beans blended with olive oil, fresh lime juice, garlic, cumin, and turmeric create a dip that's rich and earthy with just the right amount of warmth. A quick cilantro-lime drizzle spooned over the top adds a pop of fresh, herby flavor that makes the whole thing feel a little fancy for something so effortless. Crisp carrot sticks are the perfect vehicle ā sturdy enough to scoop and naturally sweet against the savory, tangy dip. Everything here is built entirely from plants, so there's zero concern about any poultry sneaking into the mix, whether you're packing it for lunch or setting it out as a party snack. It keeps well in the fridge for up to three days, which means you can assemble two boxes at once and have a grab-and-go option ready whenever hunger strikes. Clean ingredients, bold flavors, and absolutely no compromise on taste.
