Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the peanut butter, unsalted butter, brown sugar, and honey, stirring until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth and just beginning to bubble at the edges, about 2–3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the cinnamon, cumin, cayenne, and fine sea salt.
