Tart, fruity, and fizzing with bright summer energy, this chilled sparkling cooler is the kind of drink that disappears fast at any gathering. The heart of it is a homemade raspberry-lemon syrup built from fresh berries, maple syrup, and real lemon zest — simmered down until thick and deeply flavored, then strained until silky smooth. Combined with fresh-squeezed lemon juice and cold sparkling water, it delivers a perfectly balanced sweet-tart sip that tastes far more special than anything from a bottle. Every single ingredient here is naturally free of gluten, so there's no label-reading stress or ingredient swaps required — just clean, whole-food components doing exactly what they should. The gentle stir at the end keeps the bubbles alive, so each glass stays lively and refreshing right down to the last sip. Dress it up with a lemon slice and a fresh raspberry on the rim and it looks like something from a fancy café menu.

Combine the raspberries, maple syrup, water, and lemon zest in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally and pressing the raspberries gently with the back of a spoon, until the berries have broken down and the syrup is slightly thickened, about 8–10 minutes.
Pour the syrup through a fine-mesh strainer into a heatproof bowl or measuring cup, pressing the solids firmly to extract all the liquid. Discard the solids. Let the strained syrup cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until fully chilled, at least 30 minutes.
