½ cup low-fat milk
½ cup plain low-fat greek yogurt
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp salt

For the topping

¾ cup plain breadcrumbs
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
2
Place the chicken breasts in a large saucepan and cover with cold water by about 1 inch. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat and cook until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part on an instant-read thermometer, about 15–18 minutes.
