Freshly squeezed orange juice is low in FODMAPs in modest amounts, and this recipe works out to about 1 1/2 teaspoons per serving, so it is likely fine.









In a large zip-top bag or shallow dish, whisk together the lime juice, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper until combined.
Add the skirt steak to the marinade, turning to coat on all sides. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours. Do not marinate longer than 8 hours, as the citrus acid will begin to break down the texture of the meat.
