Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Add the sausage and cook, breaking it into small crumbles, until browned and cooked through with no pink remaining, about 7–8 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the sausage to a plate, leaving the rendered fat in the skillet.
