In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium speed, or mash vigorously with a fork, until smooth and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes.
Add the chives, parsley, dill, apple cider vinegar, and salt to the cream cheese. Stir until the herbs are evenly distributed throughout.
