Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the broccoli florets on a large baking sheet with 2 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt until evenly coated, then spread in a single layer.
Roast the broccoli for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the florets are tender and the edges are deeply browned.
