Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Set a wire rack inside a rimmed baking sheet and lightly coat the rack with nonstick spray.

Cut each bacon strip crosswise into thirds. Wrap one bacon piece around each cocktail sausage and secure with a toothpick through the overlapping end.
