Coconut aminos is a common stand-in for soy sauce on a candida diet. It does carry a little sugar from coconut sap, but this recipe uses only about 2 1/4 teaspoons per serving, which is likely fine.








In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and salt. Add the chicken pieces and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Set a wire rack inside a rimmed baking sheet.
