Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Crumble the pressed tofu into a large skillet over medium-high heat with the olive oil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is dry and lightly golden in spots, about 7–8 minutes.
Add the cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt to the skillet. Stir to coat the tofu evenly and cook for 1 minute, until the spices are fragrant. Remove from heat and fold in the black beans and corn until combined.
