Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread 1/2 cup of the enchilada sauce in an even layer across the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Combine the drained black beans, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, and 1/2 tsp salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beans are warmed through and fragrant, about 4–5 minutes. Remove from heat.
