Coconut aminos is a common stand-in for soy sauce on a candida diet. It does carry a little sugar from coconut sap, but this recipe uses only about 2 1/4 teaspoons per serving, which is likely fine.

In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, sesame oil, lime juice, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes, if using, until combined. Set aside.
Heat the avocado oil in a large (12-inch) skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through with no pink remaining, about 6–8 minutes, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Drain any excess fat if needed.
