Fresh turmeric and ginger are two of the most celebrated roots in anti-inflammatory eating, and this shot delivers both in a single concentrated sip. The apple brings a natural sweetness that softens the earthy heat of the turmeric and the sharp bite of the ginger, making the whole thing genuinely pleasant to drink rather than something you just choke down for the sake of your health. A splash of apple cider vinegar rounds out the flavor and adds its own wellness credentials, while a drizzle of raw honey is there if you want just a little more sweetness. Everything gets blended and strained through cheesecloth or a nut milk bag, so the result is a clean, vibrant liquid with a gorgeous golden color and zero gritty texture. It comes together in just a few minutes and keeps in the fridge for up to 24 hours, so you can batch a few servings and have your morning ritual ready to go. There are no fillers, no preservatives, and nothing you can't pronounce — just whole ingredients doing exactly what they're supposed to do.

Add the chopped apple, turmeric root, ginger root, and cold water to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 45–60 seconds.
Set a fine-mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth or a nut milk bag over a small pitcher or measuring cup. Pour the blended mixture through and press or squeeze firmly until all the liquid is extracted and the pulp is dry. Discard the pulp.
