Combine the chopped apples, water, maple syrup, and Ceylon cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the apples are completely soft and most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 8โ10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Transfer the cooked apple mixture to a blender. Add the coconut cream, vanilla powder, and salt. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 30โ45 seconds.
