Low Residue diets limit fruit juices with pulp, but even juice with some pulp holds far less fiber than whole fruit, and the pomegranate juice comes to a modest amount per serving, so it is likely Low Residue. If you prefer to always avoid pomegranate juice, please tap it and change its rating to Red.

Low residue diets limit seeds and coarse spices. Only a trace of ground ground ginger is likely Low Residue. If you prefer to always avoid ground ginger, please tap it and change its rating to Red.
Combine the apple cider vinegar, pomegranate juice, honey, and ground ginger in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the honey dissolves.
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered and undisturbed, until the liquid has reduced by about half and coats the back of a spoon with a thin, syrupy layer, 14–16 minutes. Watch closely in the final 2–3 minutes — the reduction can go from syrupy to scorched quickly at this stage.
