Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, sliced almonds, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and fine sea salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
