Chef's tip
Pick the form that matches the recipe - a raw, moldable ground for patties, meatballs, or meatloaf; crumbles only for loose browned meat. Cook it in the recipe like the meat, checking doneness against the package guidance.
3 tbsp plain dairy free milk
1 tsp dijon mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

For the coating

1 cup breadcrumbs
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp salt
olive oil spray

Instructions

1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, dairy free milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined and uniform — do not overwork the meat.
2
In a shallow dish, stir together the breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, and salt until evenly mixed.
