Oregano is fine during pregnancy in normal cooking amounts - this recipe uses about scant 1/4 tsp per serving. The caution is about concentrated oregano oil and large medicinal doses.

On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough out into a roughly 12×10-inch rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border along all edges. Scatter the shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then lay the pepperoni slices in a single layer on top. Sprinkle with the dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes, if using.
