In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the tamari, toasted sesame oil, lime juice, grated ginger, honey, and red pepper flakes until the honey is fully dissolved and the dressing is uniform.
Place the cubed tuna, avocado, cucumber, and scallion greens in a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and fold gently with a rubber spatula until everything is evenly coated, taking care not to break up the avocado.
