1 cup frozen banana slices
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp honey

For topping

½ cup granola
½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
½ cup fresh banana slices
2 tbsp nut butter (almond butter or peanut butter) (optional)
2 tsp honey, for drizzling (optional)
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

1
Break the frozen acai packets into chunks by firmly tapping them against the counter, then add them to a blender along with the frozen banana slices, frozen blueberries, almond milk, and honey.
2
Blend on high, using a tamper or stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture is completely smooth and thick — it should hold its shape like soft-serve ice cream and not pour freely. Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time only if the blender stalls, keeping the base as thick as possible.
