Rolled oats to prepare: 1 serving: 1 cup water, 1/2 cup oats, dash of salt. 2 servings: 1-3/4 cups water, 1 cup oats, 1/8 trp. Salt. Boil water and salt (salt optional). Stir oats. Cook about 3 mins. Over medium heat stirring occassionally. Add fruit, nuts, honey if desired.
