Ingredient: organic whole grain black quinoa (imported). to prepare: rinse quinoa, add 1 cup of quinoa to 2 cups of water in saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer approx. 10-15 min., until water is absorbed. Quinoa will look transparent when done.
