Is dextrin low FODMAP?

Dextrin has not been tested for FODMAPs. However, Dextrin is thought to be low FODMAP. Dextrin comes from starches like corn, potato, wheat, or rice, and is a prebiotic fiber source. Dextrin is not tested for FODMAPs, so test individual tolerance slowly.
